Hey! I’m Tim Petron.
I used to think that as a leader, I could only get results through packed days and heroics until I looked back and realized that I was leaving a trail of disengaged, demotivated team members behind me— and I set out to find a better way. I discovered that building strong relationships and empowering my team got better results without the carnage. This simple truth changed my life and became my purpose and passion.
